Anna is the founder of a boutique advisory specialising in Mauritius real estate and international client representation, bridging European investors with carefully selected opportunities on the island.
She has lived in Mauritius since 2014. She started as a broker at one of the largest franchise networks in South Africa — Seeff — serving primarily international clients. She then joined a leading Mauritian developer, where she gained deep knowledge of the market from the investment side.
She also invests on the island herself. She knows what to buy, what to avoid — and why location isn't everything.

Meera Marday is co-founder of Stork Trail Consulting, a boutique advisory representing international buyers in Mauritius real estate.
Since 2014, she has worked with leading international agencies and developers, advising clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa — building a deep understanding of both the local market and international investor expectations.
Early in her career, Meera saw too many buyers treated as numbers in a sales pipeline. That shaped her approach: independent guidance, discretion, and a strategy built around the client's goals, not sales targets — from first consultation through to purchase, residency, and ongoing property management.
